This project comprises the replacement of a dilapidated bungalow with attached annexe on a very generous site in a sought after village in West Norfolk. The proposed dwelling utilised the footprint of the original bunglaow and annexe for the proposed dwelling, adding a second storey to the front section to benefit from extensive views across the fields to the east. 

Materially, the building takes reference from the historic turkey sheds which were present on the site, with black corrugated metal cladding to the upper section and roofs, over a crisp red brick base. Currently under construction, it is hoped that this dwelling will be complete by Autumn 2021.
