This project proposes the conversion of a highly distinctive 'E' shaped range of barns which have fallen into disuse. The beautiful carr stone barns sit on a hill above the village of Flitcham looking over the valley to the south, and are proposed to be converted into 6no small business units, supporting rural and local businesses. 

The proposed conversion is intended to have a 'light touch' with minmal new openings, and sympathetic infils where required. The landscape proposal is soft and informal, with native tree and shrub planting, and car parking pushed to the rear of the site.
