This project is the remodelling, extension and upgrading of a 1970s chalet bungalow on the outskirts of the village of Dersingham in West Norfolk.
The existing bungalow is tired, and too small for the client's family. The living accommodation is fractured and not suited to modern life. The proposed scheme extends the bungalow in three directions, adding a further two bedrooms, and allowing for the creation of a large open plan living space which addresses the generous garden. The appearance of the property has been completely altered, with a very crisp aesthetic of white render and timber batten cladding.
