2419    Thornhill Farm

We were appointed in 2024 to design a replacement dwelling on a truly extraordinary site in North Norfolk. Sitting in an elevated position, with extensive views to the North and West, the site is densely planted with mature trees, giving it secluded feel. The constraints of this site and desire to enhance and maintain the trees provide real opportunities for interest and have led to a design which embraces both the wide views to the north, but also the inward-looking views and connections to the immediate site.

Planning approval was granted for this dwelling in February 2026; watch this space for more details as we head towards the Construction phase!
