Sasha Edmonds
Sasha founded Liv Architects with a clear purpose: to design contemporary, low-energy homes that feel effortless to live in and deeply connected to their surroundings. Her focus is on creating houses that not only look beautiful but also perform brilliantly — comfortable, efficient, and built to last.
Clients value Sasha’s calm, collaborative approach and her ability to translate ideas into homes that feel personal, practical, and refined. Her deep understanding of both design and construction means she can guide clients confidently through every stage of their project — from early concepts to the final details on site.
With a background spanning hands-on construction and senior roles in award-winning architectural practice, Sasha brings a rare blend of creativity and technical insight. Her work has been recognised with national and regional awards, reflecting her belief that the best homes are those where thoughtful design and everyday life come seamlessly together.
Based in west Norfolk, Sasha is passionate about raising the standard of domestic architecture in the region — creating homes that tread lightly on the landscape while enriching the lives of those who live in them. Beyond her project work, she mentors architecture students and leads the RIBA East Small Practice Network, championing collaboration, diversity, and sustainable practice across the profession.
